Our Developers were able to push a fix which has resolved the behavior. However, as part of that fix, it does require that you log out of any existing Autotask instances. Once you are logged out, please log back into Autotask as normal.

As a result of an issue found in the 12.8 Release version, we have made the decision to delay the deployment on the Concord (US East) platform to 5th March. Our Teams are working on a hotfix for this issue and we are reassessing the deployment schedule for remaining platforms based on the progress.
