On 04/23/2024 at 5AM UTC, Datto Partners experienced a service interruption which caused a 10 minute downtime when attempting to login.

The root cause for this service interruption was identified to be a queue service out of memory.

Our Engineering team deployed a fix to correct the problem on 04/23/2024 at 5:15AM.
