Monitoring
A check-in service interruption caused Network Manager devices to miss 1 to 2 check-in cycles (5-10 minutes). Device down alerts were triggered and can be ignored. We apologize for the extraneous emails.

Investigating
Datto Networking checkin service is currently unable to process new checkins. Our engineering team is actively working on restoring the service. Device outage emails are from our service interruption not from device outages.
