Purpose: Autotask will be migrating to a new data center during the month of February 2024. We are excited to announce that this is a proactive move to upgrade to the latest infrastructure which will allow us to provide you with faster, more secure, and more reliable service.

Impact: When the zone in which your tenant is hosted is being migrated, the Autotask platform will be unavailable and you will not be able to access any of the services provided by Autotask including LiveMobile, API access (including integrations built by third-party vendors), data warehouse, as well as any other auxiliary components.
