On 22-October-2021 at 14:46 UTC, Datto RMM Partners on the Concord platform experienced a service interruption which caused Web Remote to show errors during use.

The root cause for this service interruption was identified to be the failure to consume incoming transactions by a backend server.

Our Engineering team restarted the problem server and this restored the service by 14:51 UTC on the same day.
