In the 2019.3 service update, the Autotask Endpoint Backup service will be renamed to Datto File Protection. For full details, please see the release notes page after this release goes live: https://fileprotection.datto.com/managerhelp/Content/1_GENERAL/Release_Notes/ReleaseNotes.htm

During this scheduled downtime window, all services will be unavailable for up to 10 minutes. Updates will occur during the early hours of the morning for each geographic region.
