Starting intermittently on 8/3/2022 at 17:29 UTC, SaaS Partners experienced a service interruption when accessing any of their SaaS clients, they received a 500 error. The root cause for this service interruption was a security setting on our firewall that blocked authorization traffic. Our Engineering team deployed a fix to correct the problem on 8/4/2022 at 14:02 UTC.

We are currently aware of a problem where SaaS Protection Partners are seeing a 500 error when trying to access their SaaS tenants.
