Please be advised that Datto is performing routine cloud maintenance that will require the reboot of cloud servers (nodes) used to provide off site recovery for BCDR partners. This activity is currently scheduled for September 17th-18th.
To limit the impact, this maintenance will occur in stages. The expected impact for a single device will be less than 30 minutes.
During this period, there will be two primary impacts:
Disruption of all active cloud virtualizations - all clients running cloud VMs on impacted systems will be be powered down during the maintenance window/reboot of the node.
Temporary pause in data replicating to Datto cloud - all data offsiting activity will be paused for affected devices and will be automatically resumed once maintenance has ended. Your offsite activity will automatically resume once maintenance is performed and the nodes are back online.
