Purpose: In order to identify the cause of latency in this zone occurring over the last several months, our vendor has asked us to enable data collection on our database servers. Enabling this data collection requires a restart of our database instances.

Impact: Customers can expect 1 brief (less than 5 minutes) interruptions in service.
