Please be advised that Datto is performing routine cloud maintenance that will require the reboot of cloud servers (nodes) used to provide off site recovery for BCDR partners. This activity is currently scheduled for April 2nd-4th

To limit the impact, this maintenance will occur in stages. The expected impact for a single device will be less than 30 minutes.

During this period, there will be three primary impacts:

Disruption of all active cloud virtualizations - all clients running cloud VMs on impacted systems must be powered down. We recommend that you power down any active VMs prior to April 1st to minimize any impact on your clients. Datto will power down any active VMs during the maintenance period.

Temporary pause in data replicating to Datto cloud - all data offsiting activity will be paused for affected devices and will be automatically resumed once maintenance has ended. Your offsite activity will automatically resume once maintenance is performed and the nodes are back online.


Reschedule of planned disaster recovery tests - if you have previously worked with Support to schedule an offsite disaster test during this time frame, it will need to be rescheduled. Support will be reaching out shortly via the disaster test tickets.
