This maintenance notice is for our deployment of PSA 2018.3.
This release includes a new Client Portal Ticket experience for both Administrators of PSA and end-users of the Client Portal, the ability to have more than one Configuration Item on a Ticket, Thermometer Surveys, and new importers with roll-back features. As with each release, we have included several usability improvements directly from the Ideas Forum on the Community.
